We are now hiring for an Inside Sales Representative for a logistics facility in Richardson.

PAY, SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

• Starting pay range: $19.23-$26.44
• Shift: Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITES

• Research accounts, identify key players, qualify leads, and generate interest using tools like Hoover, Lead 411, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Track and report on sales metrics, activity, and progress using CRM System.
• Team up with outside sales to build pipelines and follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Responsible for updating customer data in the CRM system after each follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. This helps ensure that all sales representatives have access to the most current customer information and avoid any potential confusion or miscommunication.
• Take ownership of nurturing leads, engaging with potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process. This can involve regular follow-up calls and emails to keep potential customers engaged and interested in our products.
• Communicate with customers on product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and provide other sales support. Collaborate with the engineering team on preliminary technical assessments and provide initial technical information to potential customers.
• Assist outside sales in scheduling trips, setting up and delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales activities if needed.
• Visit customers if necessary.
• Assist in other duties as assigned in the sales office.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 - 4 years sales experience is required.
• High school Diploma is required, Bachelor degree is a plus.
• Strong phone presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products and Google tools.
